This is a space designed for you and your interior life. I write daily contemplative posts (Monday-Friday) that invite you deeper into conversation with yourself and with God.
Although I write from a distinctly Christian spirituality, it is my hope that anyone interested in the inner life of the heart and spirituality will find themselves at home in this space.

Journey Toward Nonviolence
Over the last few years, I've grown increasingly interested in studying the subtle nuances of the heart -- how we grow in our capacity to love and increase our capacity for compassion. How might this change the world?
In this online space, I chronicle my personal journey toward a lived ethic of nonviolence -- including all the questions, struggles, convictions, and prayers that come along with it.
